Limited 3-Year Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

All Birdesc products purchased on or after October 22, 2026, are covered by our Limited 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty is valid for three (3) years from the original date of purchase, provided the product has been used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

Products purchased before the effective date remain subject to the warranty terms in effect at the time of their original purchase.

2. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Defective stitching, seams, or straps.
  • Zipper, buckle, or hardware failures resulting from manufacturing defects.
  • Defects in materials or construction that affect the product’s intended function.
  • Other manufacturing or workmanship defects that become apparent during normal, intended use.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual deterioration from regular use.
  • Cosmetic damage, including fading, stains, scratches, or discoloration.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by overloading the product beyond its intended capacity.
  • Tears or punctures caused by sharp or improperly stored objects.
  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.

4. Normal Use Defined

Normal use refers to the everyday use of your Birdesc product for carrying personal belongings, school supplies, work essentials, travel necessities, and other items appropriate for its intended purpose.

This includes:

  • Carrying items within the product’s intended capacity.
  • Using zippers, buckles, straps, and compartments as designed.
  • Handling the product with reasonable care.
  • Avoiding excessive weight, force, or improper storage.

5. What to Avoid

To help maintain the quality and functionality of your Birdesc product, we recommend avoiding the following:

  • Overloading: Carrying excessive weight can place unnecessary stress on seams, zippers, and straps.
  • Sharp Objects: Ensure sharp objects are properly stored to prevent punctures or tears.
  • Improper Handling: Avoid dragging, throwing, or otherwise mishandling your product.
  • Extreme Conditions: Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or harsh chemicals may damage materials.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase.
  2. A brief description of the issue.
  3. Clear photographs showing the affected area.

Our team will review your claim and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. We may request additional information if necessary.

7. Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, Birdesc reserves the right to:

  • Repair the affected product.
  • Replace it with the same or a comparable product of equal value.
  • Issue a refund of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

Replacement products may vary depending on availability.

8. Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

The Limited 3-Year Warranty applies only to products purchased on or after October 22, 2026.

Products purchased before this date remain covered under the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.

9. Additional Information

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not guarantee that products will remain free from normal wear throughout the warranty period.
