Refund policy

We strive to maintain the highest standards with our quality control. However, we understand that not everything can be perfect. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us through our support page so that we can assist you with a refund. If you are eligible, we will notify you via email. Faulty items must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and 80% of the total order amount will be refunded (20% will be deducted to cover return/refund shipment costs).

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a refund.

Please note the following conditions:

For refunds, we will deduct 20% of the original order amount to cover return/refund shipment costs. Customers will receive 80% of the total order amount as a refund.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (Birdesc packaging).
