All Birdesc orders are shipped from Canada.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada & United States

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after your order has been shipped.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations outside Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the available shipping methods.

All applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this number to follow your package’s journey and stay updated on its estimated arrival.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Canada & United States

Orders shipped within Canada and to the United States are delivered without additional customs duties or import fees charged to the customer.

Other International Destinations

Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or processing fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
