All Birdesc orders are shipped from Canada.
We offer free standard shipping within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates for international orders outside these countries are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders outside Canada and the United States, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related charges.

6. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

8. Product Warranty
Birdesc stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products.
All eligible Birdesc products purchased on or after October 22, 2026, are covered by our Limited 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Products purchased before this date remain subject to the warranty terms in effect at the time of their original purchase.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory warranty rights or other protections provided by applicable law.
9. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
To protect our customers and business, Birdesc may review orders for potential fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold, verify, refuse, or cancel orders when there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or inaccurate order information.
As part of our verification process, we may contact customers to confirm relevant order details, including billing information, shipping addresses, and purchase quantities.
We may also use fraud detection and payment verification services provided by our ecommerce platform and payment processors.
If an order cannot be reasonably verified, we may cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
