1. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

U.S. & Canada Shipping

Birdesc offers free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. Customers in Canada and the United States should not be responsible for customs or import fees. If you are unexpectedly charged any customs or import fees upon delivery, please contact us so we can assist you.

Other International Orders

Orders shipped to countries outside Canada and the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Birdesc is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by international customs authorities.

2. Shipping

Birdesc offers free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States. For all other international destinations, shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For international shipments, tracking may take additional time to update while the package is transferred between carriers or processed into the destination country’s postal network.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival, depending on the destination country’s requirements.

If your shipment experiences an extended delay or stops receiving tracking updates, please contact us. We will review the shipment with the carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before your order is dispatched. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

We strive to fulfill and ship all orders promptly. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Processing and handling times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Birdesc reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of our policies.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our team at hello@birdesc.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

5. Product Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe each product, including materials, colors, and dimensions. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or natural product differences.

6. Pricing & Payment

7. Limitation of Liability

Birdesc is not responsible for: • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies • Additional fees imposed by international authorities • Loss or damage of items due to third-party handling once shipped

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
