U.S. & Canada Shipping

Birdesc offers free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States.

Other International Orders

Orders shipped to countries outside Canada and the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Birdesc is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by international customs authorities.

2. Shipping

Birdesc offers free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. A flat rate will be charged for all other international orders.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing times.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

We strive to fulfill and ship all orders promptly. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Processing and handling times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Birdesc reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of our policies.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our team at hello@birdesc.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
